Negroni Taster Required ! So when Will and I decided to finally take the plunge and go full steam ahead with the dream of launching the Craft Cocktail Club, we both very much enjoyed the legend that is the Negroni and would spend many an evening at the bar, trying different variations in a quest for the perfect mix ( Problem was after 2 everything tasted like perfections !)  

 We decided a semi sober head was needed if we were going to take this seriously.  At the time Will was in the middle of  dry January !  but what he failed to mention is that he was going to continue not drinking, and still doesn't !   ( I'm basically his human guide dog for tasting now ! ).

So the pressure of being chief taster fell to me !  Great job you may say, but as more of a "mindful" drinker who prefers to drink less but better, I find myself in need of some help !  having searched high and low, for the cocktail equivalent of an Oompa Loompa! I have decided I need some help !

Alas, if you think you have what it takes to be part of our tasting team (Quite like the title Taste Bud ! ) let us know.  It doesn't pay anything (sorry ) but free cocktails are aplenty for the right Taste Bud (yep, it's sticking).
