New Distillery Partner - Pothecary

We are over the moon to partner with the legend that is Martin from Pothecary gin.  Based in Dorset, Martin creates some of the best craft gin on the market and  his flagship is the Teal beauty of the original Blend.  Martin uses the less common process of distilling each botanical separately, which means he has ultimate control over the flavour profiles and give way more consistent results.  

Martin is a fan of the original 1920's era  cocktails, so when we asked him for his Cocktail to show off his delicious Gin, he chose the Bee's Knees.  A three ingredient cocktails, that comprises of Gin, Honey and Fresh Lemon, It sound simple enough, but Martin, as with his Gin, perfected the blend of flavours over many years. This is a slow sip delicious cocktail, true to its routes and martins original Pothecary Gin is the perfect tipple for it, with the subtle lavender, combining with the organic honey and fresh lemon juice to create a absolutely delicious, indulgent drink.  

Martin has his product stocked all over the UK, (Usually in the most high end of locations, as this is a luxury gin no doubt ) however he can still be found helping out his team at various food fairs around the south, so keep a look out for him at the next food festival or country show, and say hi and thank him for introducing us to the Bee's Knees.
